Hi, I’m Luke Rooney and I believe that being in great shape impacts your life more deeply than most people realize. My passion lies in helping you reach your full potential on your fitness journey, whether that means losing weight, building strength, or simply moving through your day without soreness.

With over 14 years of professional rugby experience, I learned from the best in mindset, training, nutrition, flexibility, and recovery. Since then, I’ve trained clients for seven years, witnessing firsthand what works. I understand the overwhelming feeling that comes from so much conflicting information online, with different programs promising results.

That’s why I developed our unique approach at LR Performance Fitness: the 4 Pillars – Mindset, Training, Nutrition, and Recovery. This formula is designed to deliver results that last, whether you’re brand new to fitness or a seasoned pro.
